6 Nov 25, 2010 Toronto,Ontario 0 Hello all, I have a 2013 Maxforce having low boost. I checked the actuator and it works so then I plugged the Actuator to see if that make any difference. I am having about 7 psi more boost after plugging it and it pulls good on hills too and also as soon as the turbo kicks in I hear screeching sound.Suspect parameter number 'SPN' fault code list. Spn 520211 is your HVAC actuator. If the FMI is 4, then it's probably voltage below normal. I'm not sure but the Spn 524285 might be the sart module. You can YouTube how to change battery in the sart module. Okay. Start by checking the pins in each of the connectors. Make sure they are not spread and are making good contact with each of the pins in the actuator. Then you can test resisance between the connections on the actuator and the control panel. Pin A on the front blend actuator goes to pin B12 on the controller.. State supply equipment and props inc
Ok thank you. Also when I first checked the truck I had a code SPN 520211 fmi 7. So I took out the actuator and was looking over it to make sure it was connected. When I would move the heat/cool controls it never moved. Would that have anything to do with the code?Suspect parameter number 'SPN' fault code list.
