From what I’ve been gathering, rapier is bis until higher level raids- then fang is bis. I believe Partisan may be bis with a coordinated spec but I’m unsure if the team would want rapiers or fangs. Instead of just reusing existing spec animations it just feels lazy and weird. The "Voidwaker" aka Korasi has the DWH special attack. Voidwaker ultimately should've just paid homeage to the original Korasi's sword from Pre EOC, which we all know it as. In practice it's hard to say. Fang is very consistent kills as expected (it essentially never hits a 0 on cerb), whereas Arclight has a huge variance in dps. ( more click intensive ) but using ancient magiks with this staff is also horrendous it will almost garentee any barrage to hit and hit in upwards of 50s.For your second question, fang is a pretty poor choice of weapon against low def targets.
